Need help around building a new pc

Alright,I have a lot of questions,i have asked so much people and yet no one has honestly recommended what i really need.

These are the current components i have chosen (mainly because they are at a reasonable price in my country):

CPU: intel core i5 4670K
CPU Cooler:Raijintek EreBoss
Video card:MSI GeForce GTX780 TF OC, 3GB DDR5
Memory:KINGSTON 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM HyperX FURY Blue Series
Motherboard:ASRock Z87 KILLER or ASRock Z87 EXTREME4
Storage: WD Black 1TB SATA 3
Case:Thermaltake Commander MS-I USB3.0x1
Power Supply:Thermaltake Smart 730W

I would like to know if this currently works and additional suggestions about the motherboard,power supply(and how much power do I actually need),and perhaps a different cpu cooler (considering the price of them should be close to the price of the current components).
Then i am uncertain would i get better performance if I got an amd cpu (would it actually work with and nvidia gpu?) for the same price.
I am planning to use the pc mainly for gaming,and although i am going for a single monitor i would still prefer putting a gtx 780 inside.

Your build will work as is.
But, I have a few suggestions:

1. Use any Z97 based motherboard. It will preserve your option to a future broadwell 14nm upgrade.

2. If the new i5-4790K(aka devil's canyon) is available to you, buy that instead.
With your budget do not think about an amd cpu. The i5-467xK chips are as good as it gets for gaming.
3. Cooler and GTX780 are both good.
4. Make the ram a 2 stick kit of 2 x 4gb.
5. I will not build again without a SSD for the "C" drive. Everything is so much faster.
120gb at least. 240gb will hold a good number of games. If you are not storing large files such as videos, buy a 240gb Samsung evo and defer on the hard drive.
6. Your GTX780 needs only 575w. Stronger is not bad, a...

seems alright although i would put an ssd in there if you can afford it. also you dont need a cpu cooler unless you are overclocking the cpu, stock fan will do just fine at out the box speeds.

I am terribly inexperienced with overclocking ,I know in general what it means but i am not willing to risk my computer burning down considering the price,so would a different processor be better?Concerning the ssd i honestly don't mind the difference and I am currently just trying to get the basics,and if anyone could point out a few motherboards with the z97 chipset and with a reasonable price i would be grateful.

AMD CPU + NVIDIA GPU is fine! As a matter of fact any CPU brand & GPU brand combination will work.
730W PSU is very good. 600W would be enough. This brand is ok. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX are usually a better option. Try to find them.
This is the best price/performance cpu cooler out there: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

PS. There is always a risk with oc. If you decide that overclock is a no go then you can save some money: A cheaper i5 and a B85 mobo are all you need.

Get the same version of your CPU but without the K. For get the SSD until you can afford it, it's not necessary in this price range build. Since you won't be overclocking a b85, h87,h97 will all be good choices. Try for an Asrock/asus board. :)

Well as much as I see the price difference between a K and a notK is small so ill rather pick the K version if one day i decide to overclock,and as much as i see if im not going to overclock it is still not necessary to buy a separate cooler for the cpu.

I've already did german/dutch/finnish and denmark sites this week. May aswell try this one to 😛

BTW can you order from other countries and have ok shipping? I know someone from ireland today was building a pc and bought parts from germany.

I don't even know anymore and i am not even willing to try anymore with foreign sites because of my country's screwed VAT(25%) and customs,would probably have to sell a kidney to pay off one component...

It will use only the wattage demanded of it, regardless of the max rating.
Thermaltake is iffy quality.

Yup, very certain. Too be honest you could do with a 550w 😛, but that 650w is a better price point on your site compared to others and since you said you will be overclocking it's better to have more room than less.

Your cpu is 84w at stock and GPU is 200 at peak

A note, with a 650 you can not do 2 graphics cards. I prefer to have 1 graphics cards set up anyways, but just thought I'd mention it. :)

Alright then i'm grateful to you all for helping out seems i have learnt more in the last two hours then in the last month about components,if anyone still has any suggestions please do post them.

it is but it runs at 7200rpm and the one i took has 10000rpm

yeah mostly it doesn't matter, its merely ~18$ difference ,but i will be getting some extra money in about a month so then i will get an ssd and a cpu cooler at my local market
