my board is a asus prime b450m csm, and I just bought 32gb two 16gb ram sticks corsair vengeance pro rgb 3200mhz, will not boot from xmp at that default speed, but when I either leave speed at 2133mhz or set to 3000mhz system boots fine. the ram I was using before this which works well no issues at all was corsair dominator platinum 3200mhz which I overclocked to 3400mhz no problem. someone please advise/help. also I looked up the ram man and it is Samsung I don't know if its Samsung b-die just says Samsung.

Try clearing Cmos. Sometimes it stores the memory of your old chips.
If that didn't help try increase Dram voltage a bit.. 0.1-0.2V.
Whats your soc voltage? Maybe u have to increase this too. I have my gskill 3000 at 3200 same timings with 1.1vsoc.
U can try place the modules one by one to see if it has any difference.
