Need help asap

Hello. Earlier today my laptop fan started making a weird noise. here's the video so you can have a listen.

I know its the fan because it doesn't make the noise when the fan isn't on also the temps seem to be stable so i dont know if i should continue to use the laptop or not?
The noise is very faint on the video so you mite have to turn you're speakers up

Sounds like your heat sink fan bearings are shot. May not be long before it stops completely, at that point the laptop would hit the thermal alarm and shut down hopefully not frying your cpu. What is the brand of the Laptop and the model? You can usually find them on eBay for like $10-$20. Have you ever disassembled a laptop?

The weird thing is the noise has actually stopped but the fan is still working properly.
Strange.. I dont have a clue what it could have been.
