I already have 16gb of ram. (also will I need to update the bois to work with the motherboard) are all the parts compatible with each other out of the box? also this is my first build. and is the evga gtx 960 4gb the best 960?

There's no point in getting that Z97 motherboard with the 4460 because the 4460 can't be overclocked. The case is decent from what i skimmed over in the website's description and specs. If you're planning to stick with the 4460 then I would recommend the MSI H97M-G43 Motherboard. Not to sure what you meant about "also will I need to update the bois to work with the motherboard"
