Need help ASAP

I have a DDR2 MSI motherboard
Running a Nvidia gt8500
4gb of ram
Did the battery reset and still nothing
I've used two different power supply's and tried to put it back the way it was...I was adding a few more fans and another hard drive
I'm frustrated and i don't know what to do anymore...I've checked all of the standoffs and they are all tight...I screwed down the motherboard evenly as well
Idk what's going on with my PC please help

Those older MSI boards have nasty habit of leaking electrolytic capacitors after a while of use. I must have changed hundreds of them. Check tops of them, they should be flat and "X" etched on them should be unbrocken.
