Hey everyone so I’m in the market for a pre built pc and I have two choices. I’ll list the specs for the builds below. I plan I using them primary for gaming , games like Fortnite and WoW along with using a capture card to stream from my PS4.

Build 1:
Dell Inspiron 5680 Gaming Desktop
-i7-8700
-GTX1070 8gb
-16GB ram ddr4
-256GB SSD
-1TB Drive

Build 2:

-Thermaltake v21 micro case
-Asus b360 motherboard lga1151
-Intel Core i5 8600
-Asus GTX 1060 6gb
-Samsung 960 Evo 250gb m.2 ssd
-Gskill ripjaws 16gb ddr4 ram
-Corsair h60 liquid cooler
-EVGA supernova 650 g1 gold power

I feel build 2 will be easier to upgrade later on and has a better SSD. I would like to put an NVMe drive in the Dell but not sure if it’s comparable or what PSU it has in it but the processor and gpu of build 1 are really nice. Just not sure what the better solution is
Thanks again

Solution
Is this a trick question??

I see build #1 as much better.
stronger cpu.
stronger graphics.
equal ram.
equal capacity ssd.
Does build #2 have a HDD?
Neither i7-8700 nor the i5-8700 is overclockable so the presence, in my mind of a liquid cooler in build #2 is a negative.
The stock cooler or even a simple 120mm tower cooler is preferable.
What is the psu on build #1? 550w is sufficient. the evga psu is fine.

What is the name of build 2?
It is not Dell. Is it Cyberpower or similar? Can you drop here a link?
Dell parts are usually last longer, if Dell survives the first year.

I personally like the case of this Dell. Just finished prepping similar build for my friends, roomy inside, toolless 2 HDD cage. The only thing I don't like is the absence of optical drive (for Intel CPUs, AMD Ryzen has optical drive in some models)
