Need Help between Graphic cards

So i just held a post about which graphic card i could use in my Optilex 780 to play at least GTA 5.I am on a budget and can't afford a new PSU or change Bios
Cards- GTX 1030 vs GTX 750 Ti
Please tell me which i could have with valid reason and if you have a better card please do tell

if you wanna play GTA V then go for the newer cards . although with the same money you probably can buy an AMD ..

Well the 1050 won't fit and will also probably burn the pc,also the power consumption of that thing is way too high for me.
The only card for AMD that i heard will work is the RX 460 i think,but in general which card is better?

The only card for AMD that i heard will work is the RX 460 i think,but in general which card is better?

i have had both AMD and nvidia , the overheating is about the same .. although if you have watercool it makes a difference in the overall heating thing .. with AMD you can get more processing power with the same money .. if you wanna play GTA 5 ...
