[SOLVED] Need help black screen problem

Pc will turn on all components in side are running but get black screen. Specs are sus sabertooth 990FX R2.0. I just put a new cpu in it which was a AMD FD832EWMHKBOX FX-8320E FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition. Ever since installing it I get the black screen. It worked with the old one but the old one was always overheating. I’ve tried bios resetting still nothing. No lights on inside case either.

As a complete shot in the dark have you updated the BIOS to version 2501? This is the BIOS revision required to run the FX-8320E.

You need to put the old CPU back in and flash BIOS to at least Version 2501 before that FX-8320E will work.
