Hi guys I need help fast!

I bought 2 of these(http://i.imgur.com/txNLhQM.png -2x4GB) to attach onto my RAM slots to replace 2 of these(http://i.imgur.com/YqgFk1D.png -2x2GB) ones I had.

I plug them in, my computer sounds a bit different and goes into a loop in which it can't manage to start properly. What have I done wrong! I know this is noobish but I'm kinda lost and people who would usually help me with this aren't here!

I have now plugged in my old 2gb in order to use my computer, what is it? Is it my motherboard!
Please help!Thanks guys.

Hi guys, thanks a lot for taking the time to answer. My motherboard was not compatible with the RAM and basically vomited once starting up. My brother laughed at me when he came over and saw it, am now searching for a new motherboard hahahaha 🙁 I am too embarrassed to explain my computer model

Thanks anyway!

Don't ever be embarrassed by your system specs. Not every has, or wants, a high end enthusiast system and everybody has to start somewhere. We see people all the time who are still using very old Pentium or AMD K6/K7 Athlon or Duron processors. That's what they have to work with and depending on where they are or what their resources are like, it may have been all they needed until they decided it was impossible to continue using that old of a platform. It doesn't mean anything. Many of them were more than capable of having much newer, more powerful systems, but had no need to do so prior to that.

We won't judge you based on something like that. We're just here to try and help folks regardless of whether they're running a x386 system or Skylake.
