Approximate Purchase Date: Today or tomorrow.

Budget Range: $1500 total (before/after shipping).

System Usage from Most to Least Important:

  1. Editing, montage, design, and Blender (70%).
  2. Gaming (30%).

Are you buying a monitor? Yes.

Parts to Upgrade:

  • Motherboard: 4 RAM slots, support for PCIe Gen 5, Wi-Fi.
  • CPU Cooler: Suggestions needed.
  • GPU: High VRAM (12–16GB preferred).
  • RAM: 32GB.
  • Power Supply: Suggestions needed.
  • Case: Must have a filter and excellent airflow; it’s very hot here. Prefer a large case (for future upgrades), no glass, and no RGB.
  • Storage: M.2 PCIe Gen 5 SSD.
  • Monitor: 144Hz preferred.

Do you need to buy OS? No.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Open to suggestions, but I’m considering AliExpress for the CPU since it’s much cheaper there (the seller has a good rating).

Location: Saudi Arabia

Parts Preferences:

  • Colors: Black or white.
  • CPU: Ryzen 7 9700X (already decided).

Overclocking: Maybe.

SLI or Crossfire: No.

Your Monitor Resolution: Open to suggestions, but it would be nice to pair it with 144Hz.

Additional Comments:

  • No RGB, please.
  • I prefer a pc build for video editing/ 3d softwares but would like to handle gaming too.
  • Is it safe to buy some parts like the CPU from AliExpress?

Why Are You Upgrading? I want a reliable PC for editing, design, Blender, and some gaming.

Already Selected Parts:

  • CPU: Ryzen 7 9700X.

You're advised to stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread;
so we can offer constructive suggestions/builds.

We see traffic from a lot of countries but this site and the majority of it's user base is based in the USA, so parts availability can and will vary due to region.

(total 1500$
Where in the USA are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and what sort of apps will you be taxing the build with?

Also is it good idea to buy some parts like CPU from ali express(the seller has good rating) because it's much cheaper there?
AliExpress isn't someplace you hunt for parts that are brand new when warranty is a critical thing to have, which is offered by retailers. No one's stopping you from buying from whoever it you state have good seller ratings but if you don't have time and money to throw around, then you purchase them from people who are official outlets.
