I need a good rig for about 650$ I plan on playing games such as black desert, dark souls 3 and tera to name a few. A nice case that has lights would be a cool bonus as well. Windows 7 as the OS is also preferable.

Solution
Windows 10 is a quite a bit cheaper and easier to install on the Skylake builds. Strong 1080p gaming rig.
