For $700 or less, you can do it. Looking at your build, it looks like you're ok with rebates?

I'd recommend better than a quad-core for newer titles (CS, Fortnite etc would be fine).

The 1200/1300X R3's are options too, but for ~$30 more, the 2nd Gen R5-2600 (6c/12t) is a much better option.

Build could really benefit from an SSD, but at the pricepoint..... you have to make sacrafices.

I like Barty1884's build. But you can save a little money and run windows without buying it right away. I am not saying to not buy it, but you can build the rig and run windows unactivated till you get the cash to have it activated. With that $100 saved you can get a SSD and a RX580 that comes with a couple of decent games.

This is not a budget system, this is a solid midrange rig.

Good point! At the very least, pick up an SSD..... but a bump to a 580 would be a great choice.

Agreed with Barty. (I built this before I saw his)
I would definitely go with the 2600 if I could squeeze it. Mine has the rx570 and a freesync monitor. I would go with the 570 if you can actually get it at this price. If not the card you have is fine. I like the case you chose. So I left it. But until I had an ssd I would spend the minimum I could get away with on a case. Look for sales. Psu's also tend to have decent sales if you watch for them.

There are pc’s from 300 that Can actieve that goal try searching on youtube good 500-600 dollar pc and you Will have some idea of wich components and Some benchmarks Alone The way.
