my main questions are: is the motherboard good? and what will i lose out going micro atx compared to atx

and if the cooler master cm 690 iii (windowed) is better than the cooler master storm scout 2
i really like the handle on the scout but wanted to know which is better for a first time builder and if thee scout was worth it

the power supply might change but its definitely going to be a gold rated power supply so can you suggest power supplies that i should go for/avoid

i am getting these parts from a local dealer if that helps

where i live , it does get pretty hot sometimes and i've heard the stock cooler is noisy as hell, so i decided to go with an aftermarket solution
oh and thanks for the quick reply :)

Updated:

Here is a better option, same price BUT better CPU, RAM, CPU cooler take less space and same performance if not better quality and not as much noisy.

the reason why i might change is availability, the seasonic one might not be available

that is a Big A%$ cooler, Mine will be in tomorrow, but I am cooling a 125Watt phenom II 955 black processor, the intel is 84 watts. in short that cooler is overkill, did I mention it is big as hell. Will need a big case.

can you suggest me a different low cost cooler?
something which isn't noisy though

See what i wrote above.

availability for asrock boards is a problem here , and is there a cheaper alternative to the cooler, it seems a bit pricey
i can't find the board and the fan 🙁

what about this then:
