I've been playing mid ranged games on a laptop for quiet some time and I do not like playing with lagg, so I've decided to build a Gaming PC of about 1 Lakh INR (approx. 1650 USD).
I've an outline of the configuration I'll be needing, but feel free to change it.

Processor: Intel 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 4770K i7 Processor

Mother Board: Asus Maximus VI Formula Motherboard

Graphics Card: AMD R9 290X 4GB DDR5

RAM: 2 X Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM001)

Would these components be compatible with each other?
Would I be able to play the latest First Player Shooter and Racing Games on this configuration?
Should I change anything in order to make my PC better?
Also, do I need to add an SSD? Would it make any difference in Gaming?
Which Power Supply would be suitable for this configuration?
Which else component should I add as well?
Which Cabinet would be appropriate? Tell me the cooling fans which would be compatible with it too. Also, would I be needing Liquid Cooling?

Solution
1. Yes all these components would work fine together!

2. You would be able to play all new games at highest settings with this build :wahoo:

3. You might look into the i7 4790K (Devil's Canyon) Only if you plan to Overclock, if not then you won't get a much better preforming CPU :)

4. I would always go with an SSD, just because i have become used to the faster OS load times, but as for games you won't get higher frame rates with an SSD, only difference in gaming is faster load times which sometimes is a great thing :D

5. i would go with an 800-850W power supply, just because the r9 290x is a power hungry card, i would recommend an corsair AX, AXI or RM series PSU

6. With this config you would have a solid gaming build, you could...

6. With this config you would have a solid gaming build, you could add fancy lighting and such, but only for bling, Maybe a fan controler, if you like to have control over your fans.

7. As for the case i would go with an Corsair case, for an ATX build i would always go with the 750D but it comes with a bit of a price point (about 160 USD) if it's too much then the Corsair Air 540 is also a great looking case(Around 130 USD), and it's not too big, but if it's too ugly, the last case i would recomend is the NZXT h440, which comes in at around 120 USD.
For the fan i would always go with Noctua NF-F12 since they are beast, as is the price of them so if they are too expensive i would recommend the Corsair SP120 and AF120. they useually come in at around 25 USD for a twin pack (the Noctuas come in at arond 20 per fan). You could go ahead and get an All in one liquid cooler, but only if you plan on overlocking your CPU (Again then i would go with the i7 4790k instead) if not then an AIO is just a waste of money, i would instad go with a high preformance air cooler like Be quite dark rock 3 :)

first of all, do you really need 2 tb hdd? 1 tb is i think more than enough nd don't buy ssd coz in india and in pakistan they are very expensive! buy 1tb sshd(solid state hybrid drive) nd 8 gb RAM is more than enough for games! after a very very very very long time games will utilize 16 gb of RAM! wth the spare money buy a gtx 780 ti
About the case fans, my friend lives in pakistan nd he said that the cooler master sickleflow fans are common so i don't know about india but i'll just add the sickleflow case fans so here's my version of your PC
