Hello, I need some help building a gaming pc, I am willing to spend around 700€.
I don't need OS nor HDD.

I like it, but I dont need the HD, I was thinking about using an SSD, can you help me?
 
Here you go. This build improved most of your components. The i3 is excellent, and because of it's technology it can run four threads at once instead of two, and most games only use one or two threads anyway. I upgraded your ram quality slightly and got you a very good SSD since you don't need a hard drive. I was able to take the savings of money and increase your GPU two steps, which will improved your gaming noticeably. I also got a somewhat higher quality power supply also, and it is under budget!
