Hey, I want to build a gaming pc capable of running most games at stable fps 50+ fps, I have 400$ budget what would you guys recommend ?
Am thinking of a i5 3rd gen cpu, and RX580 gpu ,8gb DDR3 ram.
Ill be mainly playing Fortnite and i want a stable 60fps or more
 
Unless you are awayre of some deal, for that budget ballpark this is the best you can get...

I would suggest saving up some more, just the monitor/keyboard/mouse will cost you over $100, or near there for used basic stuff.

You really won't be able to get that at the budget you have. The 580 used is going to cost you 125-150, and the CPU is likely going to cost 200-250. That's your budget, before you get to a case, PUS, MB, etc.

I'd look at the Ryzen 2200G with a B450 MB.

You can replace the 2200G with the 2400 for another $55. That would still be within your budget, but be a better CPU as it's 4 cores/8 threads, where the 2200G is 4/4
