Looks ok as it is but there could be room for improvement. What is your budget for the build and what is your primary usage?
Also, you are missing a case and storage.
Im going to use it for heavly modded skyrim and some newer games. As for case and storage, im gona use my old hdd 1 tb, and for case ill go to local pc shop and let him assemble it with a case he finds suitable. Budget is around 1000-1500 £

Also I’d consider dropping the 5800x for a 5700x. 5700x should give you similar performance to the 5800x. That should allow you more room for other components or maybe lets you upgrade the gpu to a 3070.
I was debating should i go for lower end cpu 5700x but i tought if i buy the 5800x one i wont need to replace it if i decide to upgrade later on?

What's your budget for a case?
hmm 75£ probably i dont want anything fancy looking just as long as i ca n fit all parts in and the fans are in working order.
I am going to local pc mechanic to assemble it as it is my first time making a custom pc they dont charge much for it.

Skyrim and its mods are very GPU demanding. I would go with something like this...

200A board with good VRM to handle the CPU. By the way the difference between 5700x and 5800x is a mere 6 quid at the time of posting. Rock solid cooler, low profile memory with adequate speed and timing and good fit under that cooler, well ventilated case to keep the thermals in check on heavy load, good quality PSU and a strong card.

You are certainly going to need more than that small AIO for a 5800X. 240mm at minimum would be my suggestion.
I run my 5800x with a Vetroo V5, in an ITX case, and have had 0 issues. Also the H100i is a 240mm.

Skyrim and its mods are very GPU demanding. I would go with something like this...

I would argue that a card with more Vram would be a better idea for modded skyrim, as depending on mods, it can eat v-ram quite quickly.

To the OP, you do not want to use a HDD, for your main drive, in this system. It truly deserves an SSD, and I have included one in the build.

I agree, but the usage it reflects is mostly not real. its what has been allotted to the game. If you use a stronger card, the usage will climb even more, but the game doesn't usually use all of it. Skyrim mods like VRAM but there is a diminishing value of return after a certain point.

Also, I can see that it is more optimized for Nvidia cards...

Agree with the storage part...

If the argument is for more vram and stronger card then I’d suggest either the 6700xt or the 6800xt. 6700xt I think is between a 3060ti and 3070, and 6800xt is a bit stronger. 6700xt is a 12gb card. Think the 6800 might be 16, but unsure.

Hmm does monitor help with card selection im using MSI Optix AG321CQR Curved Gaming Monitor - 31.5 Inch, 16:9 WQHD (2560 x 1440), 2K, VA, 165Hz, 1ms, 1500R, FreeSync Premium, HDR, RGB, DisplayPort, HDMI, Wide Color Gamut, Less Blue Light, Black : Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
My brother is strongly against radoen graphic cards but as i look at it in midrange they are quite similiar.
Would dlss affect me?
Monitor should run both card fine, but I am not too sure about AMD for the Skyrim mods. This reddit post suggest that the initial AMD drivers were not optimized well. It has been long since, so maybe stuff has changed. Maybe, someone who has run that combo recently should know better...

Yes, you can. Although, make sure that you have only the SSD attached when installing Windows. If Windows detects a second drive during installation, it has a nasty habit of unloading and creating a system partition on the second drive. Attach the second drive after Windows is installed.
