It looks pretty good. Here are some suggestions to cut down the price a little bit:

This mobo is as good if not better than the one you are looking at and cheaper, comes bundled with the processor:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.182077

Case, free shipping with promo code: EMCLRLN22. This case is very well cooled and quite spacious. If you want, you can add up to 4 more 120mm fans to it.

Good fans:

Get a free eSATA cable so you can use eSATA if you want to:

There is no reason to get faster ram on the P45 chipset, you will see almost no gains for it. Get fast cheap ram like this. This will probably be faster because of the lower timings and you won't have to wait 8 weeks for the rebate to make it the same price:

Get that cooler with a backplate, its essential:

Wow thank you very much for the great response sir, you've listed everything so detailed. I was very interested in your cpu+mobo combo choice.

I have narrowed them both down and I have one question:

ASUS P5Q-E LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

Expansion slots:

PCI Express 2.0 x16 | 2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots, support ATI CrossFireX technology, at x8 link
(black at max. x8 link)

PCI Express x4 | 1 x PCI Express x16 slot at max. x4 link(black)

PCI Express x1 | 2

PCI Slots | 2

Features: Crossfire

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

Expansion slots:

PCI Express 2.0 x16 | 2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16
(one running at x16 model, another one running at x8 model)

PCI Express x1 | 3

PCI Slots | 2

One of the features on the Asus board is the crossfire option which is very important for me. I assume that GIGABYTE board is not crossfire ready. Please let me know you think and thank you again for you response.
