I´m going right to business :D
I´m thinking of buying a new gaming pc. The one I have is not powerful enough for my needs anymore. Anyway, after much struggle with the components, I have my final choice. I´d like to ask you if you think everything is compatible and if I could get better for around the same price. Here is the list:
Zalman Z11 Plus
I7-4790K
GTX 980Ti (can´t decide between Gigabyte and Msi but I think I´ll go with Msi)
Asus Z97-A
Ripjaws X Series - 8Go ( 2x 4 Go ) - PC12800 1600 Mhz
SH-224FB/BEBE
2 Noctua NF-F12 to replace Zalman´s front and rear fans
SH-224FB/BEBE
SSD Serie 850 EVO-120go
Caviar Blue | 1 To
VSM 750 80Plus GOLD
Thanks in advance for your answers :)

nf-f12 are not the correct fans for the case. nf-f12 fans are designed to push air through heat sinks. you want nf-s12a fans.

nvidia recommends 16gb ram with a 980 ti. i highly recommend 16gb with such a high end system as well.

why did you go with haswell and not skylake?

what is your budget? perhaps i can make you something better.

N3rdR4ge my budget is 1700€ tops. I live in Europe I don't know how much it is in dollars since the prices change a lot between countries. I chose the haswell because it's cheaper than Skylake and I heard it's a very good cpu for Gaming. It's also unlocked for OC.

Thank you both for all the answers :D. I just have one more. Do you guys think I should replace both front and rear fans with Noctua NF-S12AA or do you think that by setting the best airflow with the case will be enough to keep my components at recommended temps?

Enthoo luxe stock fans are fine. I selected additional fans for it in that build I made you (same models as the ones that come with it). Wouldn't hurt to have more if your trying to get a high overclock.

Stock has
140 rear
200 front

I added fans for
140 top
120 bottom
120 front of gpu

That is how the fans are configured in my build:
