Hello Guys! Just wanted to ask something. I'm planning on building a custom PC here in the Philippines. And of course, prices here are different. My budget is 32,000 PHP or 740 dollars not exact values. So can you suggest some things that I must consider. And, I am building a Gaming PC which can run games like LoL, FC3, Tomb Raider, SC Blacklist, ETC on High Settings. Thank you In Advance!
