[SOLVED] Need help building a new system for the next 5-7 years

Hello everyone I hope you are all doing well, and with good health!

I use a 2013 15'' Retina MacBook Pro as my main computer, and with time, i got the need of a Windows system. And the MBP needs some rest from time to time

I thought about building a system to last at least 5 years.
I'm from Portugal, and my budget is 1825€ (1€/day for 5 years). I already have a 27'' monitor.
My main purpose is not Gaming, but i would like some flexibility with a video card in the future. I am a programmer, and i care very much with speed and loading times.

For the SSD while the 970 EVO Plus is a very good SSD, you can get similar performance for less money. Look at the ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro or WD SN750 for high end drives with the same performance. If you were to go with a more budget minded SSD, the WD SN550 is the best budget NVMe drive available.

While you do get more performance with the 3600MHz RAM, if you went 3200MHz you would only lose like 2% performance but save more money than that. Those savings could be used on a case that has sound dampening material to make it almost completely silent.

That board isn't worth 439 dollars tho. Do not buy this board at that price. Maybe if it was 260 or so.

It's very well made. You can remove the front panel and top panel for airflow or put them back on for quiet mode. Comes with 3 fans. You can buy the one with the tempered glass or not. Cable management is amazing on this too.

Thanks for the suggestion, i need to weight the "Define 7" and the "Phanteks P600S", among others, but for design only, i prefer the "Define 7".

Both are excellent cases and will serve you well.
