need help building a pc $800 budget

hello i would like to build a pc on a $800 budget (can spend more if needed) . this will be my first build ever so any advice is high appreciated!! .also i already have a pc case the nzxt phantom 530& i have 4 ssds 250gb , and a 4tb external drive , and 3 monitors (all 3 of them are 1080p dvi monitors )

Motherboard will require a BIOS update before putting in the CPU, that is if the manufacturer has not the done the update already. Can contact AMD for a bootkit for this.
