[SOLVED] Need help building a PC budget - £500+

Hi.

I'm looking to build a pc for the main purpose of programming, gaming (CSGO,Rainbow6,Borderlands3 etc.) for a price of £500-700 max as my laptop is cutting it.
I'm just unsure on what I need and to prevent bottlenecking, I'd prefer to spend more of CPU + RAM than gpu
