streaming, content creating and some entry level gaming I will need the system to be able to do video editing 1st as I will use DaVinci Resolve even though I'm not familiar with this system I'm told it needs a very good graphic card. Some have told me use a 3900 or 3950x lol but that would take all my funds.

I know there's no such thing as future-proofing and thank you for your time.

Omit the A400 240gb SSD since you already have a 1tb NVME and HDD.
Added a comparable or better PSU that costs less.

Solution
I would say CLOSE enough. if you can 3700X will give you 20% uplift in performance.
if not, throw a case fan or 2, and that's it.
this build will work nicely for quite a while.
I might consider 750W as they should be in 5$ away, and should be less suspect able to overheat(unlikely) loudness (likely) under your build.

All looks good.

My only comment is that x570 isn't really needed for a 2700x, although it does help upgrade path in the future.

I would buy an MSI B450 tomahawk or max variant for around $110 since it is pretty cheap and known to hang with x570 motherboard performance when paired with even a 16 core.
