Need Help Building A PC For Video Rendering Ect.

Hello guys. I am wanting to build a PC for light video editing. I make YouTube videos and I need a computer that will be good for rendering and light editing. I don't have any plans on gaming with this PC, but I have a few requirements and need help with other things. I would like to have at least 8gb ram. I also would like at least 1TB hard drive. Lastly I would like an i7 processor. I need to know a pretty decent graphics card that I could use. I don't want to spend a fortune on a graphics card but want one that is at least ok. Please help with any brands on everything or any specifics. I have never built a PC before but I probably won't have much problems putting it together. Also I don't know a decent motherboard or anything so I need some suggestions for just about everything. Thanks for the help in advance.

You have not posted the most important part of your rig == budget

Procs alternatives for video editing:
E3-1231V3 (budget), i7 4790k(high), i7 5820k (enthusiast)
Mobo and RAM will follow proc option:
H97(DDR3), Z97(DDR3) or X99(DDR4)
If you pick X99, pick with quad channel support.

Current best bang for buck GPU == GTX970

Best SSDs are Samsungs 840 and 850 (both pro and EVO variants)

Post your budget and consider first those above for basis.
