Need help building a pc >< HELP!!!

Hi guys. I want to make make my own pc since I got told its cheaper. I am not a tech savy person in no way or form T_T so I need help. I have a budget of 1,000 usa dollars. I will be using it to mainly play TERA, Second Life and run Photoshop.

By photoshop, do you mean really intensive? If so, you might want to go with this build. If possible, i highly reccomend upgrading to a Intel 120GB/180GB SSD as this will make photoshop faster (saving times).
