Question Need Help Building a PC Z390(picking parts)

I'm building this PC Mostly for Overclocking, Gaming and Streaming but want to be able to use editing software when need be. Budget is open for discussion but looking at making a high end machine.

So far i have the Geforce RTX 2080 TI Founders Edition and i9900k. These are the parts i already bought months ago and have been just sitting in a closet .

For Motherboard i believe i'm going with the Aorus Extreme Z390 . I need to know what Case(i typically like full towers but open for discusion) RAM , Harddrive, CPU Cooling, Etc; that you guys would add to my build. I've never built a full water cooling rig but i do like the self contained CPU coolers and such. Any ideas to help me speed up this build? thanks in advance.
