Need help building a Pc!

Hello, I am fairly new to be building pcs with the new technology that's out there today (last build was in 2010) and i don't know what to get, so I have a budget of roughly 700-800 closer to 7 would be ideal, I can always upgrade as time goes on, I want to be using this computer for games, I don't need them to be on ultra high settings or anything I just want them to work good and decently fast(no lag), and I want it to also run fast so I can browse fast and stream games, any suggestions would be very help and much appreciated
