Need help building a PC

I live in Brazil and I'm thinking about buying a gaming PC but I honestly don't know much about the subject and I don't have the time to research and compare, either. I'm definitely on a budget (although I don't have a number in mind) but i don't want to spend money on something that is not going to run current games with decent graphics and framerate. I'm not looking for a pc to run games with insane resolutions and frames; but it needs to be at the very least the same as a console. I'm probably buying a RX 580 8GB, since I can get it for slightly more than a GTX 1050 TI. I honestly need help choosing everything, power supply, case, motherboard, processor, etc. Like I said I don't have the time to look things up and research and it would help me greatly if someone with the knowledge could help out.
