Need help building a workstation

Greetings guys,

I need some suggestions on what parts to use.

The computer will be use only for office work and some presentation.

The budget is $750 (Canadian dollars)

Here are the requirements,

CD drive
must have 2 graphic output (for monitor and projector)
Wifi

Any stores you perfer your parts from? Canada Computers,Newegg.ca,NCIX?

I would prefer either Canada computer or NCIX as I am not familiar with either Newegg or tigerdirect.
