Need Help Building Budget Computer

Nov 3, 2010
i have about £310 Max to spend, i already have a XFX HD 6870 which i plan on using in a new computer that i'll have to build or comes built i need suggestions whats a good gaming computer for this budget also got to remember i need a PSU to go with this Graphics Card and i live in the UK any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

What do you need to buy with the £310? Everything other than graphics card? Do you need an OS included?

These questions are going to have a massive bearing on how much money you have to play with.
If you already have a case or HDD you can use, then your budget can reach to a basic i5 setup.

I know it's over budget, but if you have items that will suffice, it's likely to be the best performance in your price range.
An alternative is to drop that i5 to an i3 3220 which shaves £50 off the budget.
