Hi.
So here's the thing: I want to build myself a gaming pc that can handle games like Dark Souls, GTA V, Far Cry Primal, and have the budget of 450$.
I am not an expert, but have made a small list:
-Intel Core i3 6100 3M Cache, 3.70 GHz Processor
-Cooler Master - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM
-MSI Computer N730K-2GD3H/LP NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card
-FSP Group Mini ITX Solution / Micro ATX 80 Plus Bronze Certification 450W Power Supply
-GIGABYTE LGA1151 Intel H110 Micro ATX DDR4 Motherboard GA-H110M-A
-External CD DVD Drive, BESTRUNNER External Disc Optical Drive Slim USB2.0 CD/DVD-RW Writer Player Burner for Windows OS, Laptop Desktop PC
-WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive
-Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case FBM-01

What I want to know is if this is doable with the listed components, and if yes, will it be able to meet my needs?
Thanks in advance.

Solution
Its quite hard to build computer for this price, you will have to choose all cheapest parts, so later on it will be hard to upgrade it and most likely u will have to build new one from scratch. Suggest to by second hand computer, it will be much more powerful than if u build new.
But here is the list i can think of:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($59.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($44.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory ($52.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($49.99...

Its much more powerful than 730, is not even a gaming gpu, you wont even be ably to play 4-5 years old games, unlike they can be run with low end pc.
g4560 is pretty much the same as 6300 just much cheaper.
So if u want to build a computer out of new parts then my list is pretty much it. It will run all recent games at least on lower settings.

Oh, I see. Well, thanks a lot for your help, but there's one thing I want to correct: the 730 is actually from personnal experience; I've seen it run recent games on medium-high. Anyway, thanks again for your help.

One last thing please: are there any cheaper cases? because the one you listed isn't available at that price, and I am wondering if the Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower could do it?
thanks in advance

Use that website, remove my case and look for another one that is available for you, this site will check automatically its compatibility so dont worry. Cant find this case Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX but again use that website and pick case that will fit. You can even check al components maybe you will find a better deal, my was just an example
