This is my first build and I have followed guides and I know I got all the pieces but it still isnt turning on can soemone please tell me what i did wrong!

That RX 560 is probably the only thing I would say to keep. This should give you a rough idea, of a more modern setup.

Well, first off all, you bought really outdated components. As for fixing the problem, I would go through all the cables (especially the small +,- ones) and make sure they are all where they need to be.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if that junk no name PSU is DOA. As stated above, that is really outdated parts. I would recommend returning them all, except for maybe the graphics card, and get something more modern. Even a Ryzen 1200 is far better than that FX-8300, and they are pretty cheap.
