Question Need Help Burning a Video File to DVD in Windows

My mother passed away two months ago. I had the funeral recorded so that I can make DVDs and send to relatives outside the country who were unable to attend. However, the footage is 1hr 30 min long and about 6GB large, in .mp4 format. I don't have any DVDs large enough to burn it to. Can anyone share some advice on either compressing the file or other ways I can burn the disc to a blank DVD? Thanks.

I did consider that, but I have some family members who don't have computers where they live. They have DVD players though, so I thought it'd be the best option.

There are dual density DVDs you could put it on, but I don't know if a DVD player would play it.
