[SOLVED] Need help but confused.

Hey, recently I've just figured out my administrative privileges were bugged.

I need help fixing this, and I'm also confused as I'm not as experienced.

Here is an example whenever a program I downloaded needed administrative privileges :

I've searched solutions.

• I've tried "sfc /scannow in the administrative command prompt (Opened It Using Task Manager RUN command.)
• I've tried copying a completely fine "Rundll32" file from another computer and pasting it into mine.

Neither seem to work.
Please help.

looks like a virus, folder locations and .dll names with character soup.
what is inside that folder named 5E8C8647?
google does not recognize it or the .dll

if it detects something I would let it clean them, then backup data, wipe the drive and re-install windows.
