Need help buying a new computer on a strict budget.

Ive been looking at barebones kits for awhile now, i am on a very strict budget of $400..

Id like to run arma 3 bf4, all the new games really..

That system does not have a video card, you will need about $100-120 for a lower end video card to play games on decently. If you look in the system builder forum section you will find a lot of parts suggestions for many budgets. For about $400 without the need for a hard-drive, you will reach the low end of a gaming system, but with a bit of overclocking you can probably do OK with it.
