Need help buying a new PSU

I upgraded my pc a while back and I'm planing to get a new PSU now . My buget is roughly 100$.
My system specs : Antec nine hundred case , AMD Radeon 6570 HD GPU , AMD FX - 6300 CPU , the mobo has a 24 pin connector and an 8 pin for the CPU , Western digital caviar blue HDD.
I would like to buy a 500-600W PSU since I'm going to get a better GPU soon .

For some reason it's 80$ on newegg . It's 80$ in Romania aswell lol , altough it should be 80+24% ...

Also what's the difference between an 8pin ATX and and 8pin EPS connector ? My mobo is an msi 760FA-P43 FX , I know it has an 8 pin connector for the CPU but how can I find out if it's an EPS or an ATX connector :s?
