[SOLVED] Need help buying for my hubby please

I want to buy a new computer for my hubby. Ours is over 10 years old and it’s starting to show some signs of age. He built our last one but has since became disabled.
He loves to emulate games but our current one struggles with even DS games. I want to get him something that will be able to emulate up to PS2, Wii and GameCube at 4K at the minimum. Would this one work out? is this a good price for this prebuild? Any alterations suggested?
