I'm looking to buy a laptop/chromebook that can run Youtube videos or live streams in 1080p. For Youtube specifically 1080p60fps videos. I'm trying trying to get something reasonably cheap and the products I'm looking at seem to all have Intel Celeron Nseries cpus and 4GB of RAM. Would a N4020 and 4GB be enough for 1080p60fps or perhaps do I need to look for 8GB or a better cpu.
