Need help buying montior for gaming

Looking for a good monitor for gaming with like 2ms , HD 1920x1080, and about 23" or higher and i want LED but not sure if its good o.o never really had a monitor i use my tv lol and my budget about 300$ or less. i use a hdmi cable. thanks

I would actually recommend going to your nearest Best Buy/Staples/wherever and looking at the screens. It's hard to tell the picture quality of a monitor by looking at a picture of it. Just my opinion.
