Need help buying the best graphics card

Currently I have ATI Radeon HD 6770 GPU. I'm thinking to buy a new one because my current card doesn't satisfies my gaming requirement.

I want to know which card should i opt for under INR 20000 ($333.5)?
And i wanted to know, is this card worth spending few more bucks?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 AMP Edition 2 GB ?

My PC config is:

Intel i3 processor
Corsair VS 550w PSU
Intel DH55TC motherboard
Seagate 1TB HDD

yes, the GTX 760 is the best card for the price, your PSU can handle that card also, a great choice for the price.
