[SOLVED] Need help Calibrating TV please!

Pretty new to this whole calibrating thing so I'm looking for someone to help point me in the right direction to some good images to help calibrate brightness and contrast to get it the most accurate I possibly can by myself. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You will find that your TV is much darker than it was in the store. A calibrated TV has be watched in a daylight controlled room.
