Need help cant get past password screen

Toshiba satellite as soon as I turn it on the screen comes on with keyboard on it asking for password it won't let me do nothing

The only to that is the most obvious one. Input the password and if you don't know it, it may not be your machine so we cannot help you further.

Hello thanis for the fast response but no the computer is mine I was told by Toshiba Thatbi had to take it to a repair shop its not a user password I've even tried to put my windows 8 disk and reinstall but itbwont let me there is a keyboard on the screen asking for a password I've put my password in and it still tells me error. And I can't afford to have it put into the shop I'm on a fixed income from dissability it will read my disk for a sec then stop

If it isn't a user password, it must be at the BIOS stage because Toshiba did use those passwords for a while. There is no other workaround this but to take it to a repairer because only then can you prove ownership and that's the key to getting it fixed.

An online forum can't verify that proof and that is why our forum rules forbid posters to aid anyone with a password problem.

Where I live in England, there are several disability centric organisations who have specialist volunteers in most fields and I hope you have one in your area.
