Need help changing my PSU

Hi, im trying to change my psu because my last one broke yesterday and i just realised that the main powercable connector has 2 holes more than my cable and im wondering if i can still use this psu?
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H-S1155
Old psu: Corsair CX600M
New psu: EVGA 500W

You need look again.. you don't specify exactly which EVGA power supply.. but the mobo seems to say it has 24 pin ATX for power

So.. they should match (as you would expect)

Just noticed that the cable has seperate holes so yeah haha, thanks anyways. One more question. I dont have any extra fans except the one in the case so what do i do with the 4 pin connector for the extra fans?

You just let them hang out in the case(away from any fans.). This is the same thing you do with any unused cables on a power supply.
