Need help changing the boot order on my motherboard

I am running a Z87 Killer ASrock Fatal1ty motherboard and trying to install Linux on my Windows 8 desktop. I need to figure out how to change the boot order though to where it my computer is booting my USB drive.

I am following this tutorial, but I cannot understand what he is saying @ 5:25 - 5:36

I think to choose what drive to boot from you have to press F8 when ur PC posts, at least that what it used to be, not sure now. But try that anyway
