Need help changing to xmp profile in bios settings

Hey guys i need help in changing my bios settings in asus maximus VII formula motherboard
to xmp profile and also tell me if i can change Ram clock speed by doing this(because my RAM decreases its clock speed by itself)

Page 3-9 and 3-10 in your motherboard manual explain how to enable XMP and select the speed of the RAM.
