Need Help choosing a 4TB Internal HDD

Hello,

as the title says, i can't make up my mind choosing a 4tb hdd. Unfortunately i can't afford a HGST nor a black WD one. now there's the Blue WD or the Toshiba X300. I'll be using the drive mainly for gaming and storing games. I don't care about copying speed I just want reliability and durability. The reviews says that the X300 is extremely noisy when on heavy load but are good in terms of performance. I excluded Seagate drives due to high failure rate and negative reviews.So, which drive should i go for ?

i really like the WD4002FYYZ

the drives that you are considering are low end / consumer grade drives, they are not bad, but definitely not the most reliable. if i had to pick between WD blue and Toshiba X300 i would go with the blue WD, just because i like WD better

How do you know you can't afford an HGST? I just bought two 5TB drives from NewEgg for $199 each minus $30 each from a promo code.
