Need help choosing a card....

As I'll be getting THIS Bundle... I was wondering which card I should get for 300-400, or should I save a bit for a monitor? (The one I'd be looking at otherwise is a VGA boob-tube.)

Edit: feel free to pick that bundle apart, but keep in mind I've only got ~400 to deviate from that, after the purchase.

Also: It should be noted that I'm specifically looking for a Twin Frozr of some kind - however it isn't absolutely necessary, just preferable.

I plan on ditching that PSU though, as I just figured out. If it weren't for that, me ****ing gusta. Should be noted, I intend on a same wattage range, full modular PSU will also be getting a monitor
