Need help choosing a good Mobo and any information for help

I am pretty much dead set on everything I have in that list. I am still deciding on wether or not to get a 970 or a 980. I am struggling very hard to decide a Mobo though. I just can't pick one. There is so many and I don't know enough to pick the best one. I will be using WiFi as I don't have a cable long enough to reach my computer nor will I get one. That is crucial. I must have WiFi. ANd yes, I am looking to overclock. Please help

Get an Z97 Motherboard for sure. My personal favourite is the Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. It is around $200. For WiFi, you can easily pick up a WiFi network adapter for only around $40. I would recommend the Intel 7260HMWDTX1 (for cheap). Asus make a very expensive one aswell ($100) - Asus PCE-AC68.

You could also pick up a wifi enabled Z97 mobo - there are lots - my favoutire would have to be the Asus MAXIMUS VII FORMULA.
