Need help choosing a good psu

This is my build, will a 600w psu be enough? If not what wattage would you recommend? I also plan on adding a cd and/or a blu ray drive at some point if that makes a big difference. Thanks for your time!

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

2x Corsair XMS3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

What GPU will you be using? That is really what determines the PSU needs.

Then get 650w or more form Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2,P2)

For future references, the gpu box says the recommended wattage is 750w, should I adhere to that or should I be safe with using something a little below that recommendation?

That is VERY overstated to protect themselves from people who use crap quality PSUs.

650w is perfectly safe for your build.

Make sure you buy a quality unit from the brands I posted only. The PSU is the most important part of the PC.
